High School Academy
Every year our academy selects a limited number of highly talented high school learners to join our flagship youth development academy, these learners are then taken through an intensive curriculum which focuses on developing their critical thinking, debating and leadership skills.
Selected Learners will access world-class coaching and mentorship through seminars, training sessions and one-on-one contact sessions.
The year-long curriculum includes:
Worlds Schools Debating and the Fundamentals of logical reasoning
Leadership Skills
Teamwork
Conflict Resolution
Project Planning and Management
Public speaking
Networking
Critical Thinking and Public Speaking
During the program, learners will compete alongside other academy members in multiple world school debate tournaments. At the end of the course, learners will be well-equipped to occupy leadership spaces in their various communities.
